Kelly’s journey with Kirtan and chanting began after the passing of her father. In the midst of her grief, she was drawn to the sounds of chanting. The rhythms, mantras and vibrations brought an unexpected sense of peace, which she found deeply powerful and soothing.
What started as a personal journey of healing blossomed into something greater and Kelly now leads Kirtans to huge numbers across Brighton and the surrounding areas.
Kelly brings to our training, an introduction Kirtan, to the Mantras and chanting, and the role it plays in yoga with its ability to connect, comfort, and uplift.
