Adult Ballet
Combining the basics of ballet with the delicious rewards of a full body workout, Adult Ballet is great for toning up, improving your posture & working your core - all delivered with a twist of piano.
Barre
An energising total body workout that strengthens & tones your arms, core, legs & glutes... Using the barre as a support & working with your own body weight - this session also incorporates the benefits of interval format training - Warning: this is no ballet class.
Dynamic Hatha
Dynamic Hatha is a slow but strong yoga class. Expect longer holds, slower transitions, yet still a strong, breath-focused class.
Flowetic
Flowetic is a beautiful class which combines the joy of dancing to uplifting music with toning, stretching & strengthening exercises - think fitness & wellbeing for the body as well as the mind.
Gentle Flow
This class is designed to provide a safe & welcoming environment for new yogis, & for those who just want to slow down.
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) comprises regular short, bursts of high-cardio exercise, broken up by brief periods of recovery. They’re great fun, a bit sweaty & will fuel your energy levels for the rest of the day.
Mindful Movement
This class offers a space to combine simple yoga movements with mindfulness, anchored in coordinating breath & movement.
Restorative Yoga
This Relax & Restore class will invite you to slow down, focus your attention inwards and create a space for relaxation, stillness and simply 'being'.
Slow Flow to Yin
This nurturing class combines the beautiful qualities of a flowing yoga sequence, with the calming benefits of a restorative practice. This class is particularly good if you do lots of desk work, hold anxiety in your body or do a lot of physical activity, such as running & cycling.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is a dynamic & flowing form of yoga, in which poses alternate to the rhythm of the breath. We work on strengthening the body, concentrating the mind & creating a safe atmosphere to explore & observe our body, emotions & consciousness.
