Soulfit is a beautiful welcoming space that is also available to you via Live Stream & Video on Demand, wherever you are in the world. The Studio offers a broad range of Yoga, Dance, Fitness & Personal Training sessions taught by a group of the most talented teachers, all of which have specialist expertise within their area.
Gyles & Fiona launched Soulfit because of the positive impact Health & Fitness has had on their own lives. They are passionate about the enormous benefits it can have on everyone’s physical & mental wellbeing and take great pleasure in helping people on their individual journey.

If you’re lucky enough to visit the physical studio, alongside the ‘real life’ classes, you’ll find complimentary therapies such as massage & physio.
Hannah’s is our very own in-house café, run by the super friendly Hannah! Here customers can converse before heading back into the outside world. In this space you’ll be nourished from the inside out with smoothies, herbal teas, healthy lunches, snacks & the best coffee in the world*.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
Pre-booking classes is highly recommended in order to reduce congestion around Reception
Where possible come to the Studio ready for your class, to reduce the use of our changing room
Please aim to arrive 10-minutes before your class starts
Bring your own mat.
Bring your own water bottle, we ask that you don’t you enter the kitchen area.
We have a 6-hour cancellation window - please adhere to this & give others the opportunity to join our studio classes
Please use the car park with consideration for others. Staff will not be able to move your car
Please don’t come to the studio if you have a temperature, are feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19.
