SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
Strength Training is now recognised as an essential part of any exercise regime, specifically as we get older.
The list of benefits are endless, but to name a few:

These sessions will be limited to 5 participants and will be taken by one of our qualified Level 3 or Master Personal Trainers.
The focus of each session will be on building strength through functional movement. In order to access our full range of equipment the sessions will be based in the Personal Training Studio.
There will never be more than 5 participants which means each member gets focused attention on technique and encouragement,
but can also enjoy the motivational benefits of being in a mini Soulfit Group environment.
Small Group Training enables the Personal Trainers to introduce adaptations to movements depending on the individuals needs, meaning the classes are open to all levels.
To measure your progress we will offer you regular 3D Body Scans, giving you hundreds of accurate body measurements including Body Fat% and Bone Density readings.
This class is the perfect halfway house between our Classes and 1to1 Personal Training.
Classes will be at the following times:
MONDAYS 9.30-10.15am
TUESDAYS 7-7.45am
WEDNESDAYS 7.15-8.15pm
THURSDAYS 1.15-2pm
FRIDAYS 5-5.45pm
SATURDAYS 10.30-11.15am
