Julie brings over 15-years of teaching experience to our team. She’s known for her stronger progressive classes having trained intensively in Vinyasa, Iyengar, Restorative and varying Meditation practices.

She loves exploring movement and mobility, and often introduces the physical and mental benefits of handstands and arm balances in her classes.

Students on our YTT have loved her ability to challenge and progress their practice, in the safety and inclusivity of the training space.
