Please find below details of our Refund Policy.  

On Signing our Training Agreement, you are confirming your acceptance of these terms.

3-Day Cancellation 

An applicant who submits written notice of cancellation within 3-business days after signing the training agreement is entitled to a refund of all money paid. The refund will be paid within 30-days of receiving the notice of cancellation. 

Cancellations After 3-Days but Before Programme Start Date 

An applicant who submits written notice of cancellation of the programme more than 3-business days after signing the training agreement, but before the programme begins, is entitled to a refund of all money paid less the £500 Deposit. 

Refunds After the Programme Start Date 

There will be no refunds after the start date of the programme. If the applicant withdraws from the programme for any reason after it starts, the applicant will be responsible for paying the full tuition, regardless of any partial payments that have been made to date. 

Special Cases 

In the eventuality that a student needs to withdraw from the programme due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the programme will offer to reallocate the applicant on a future course.  If this is unachievable, we will provide a reasonable & fair refund. 

Admission Denials 

An applicant who is denied admission into the programme is entitled to a full refund of all money paid by said applicant. 

Bad Conduct 

No refunds will be given if the programme removes a student from the course for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behaviour that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the programme or to fellow students.
