Ylva Alexandersson

Ylva specialises in teaching a gentle and holistic style of vinyasa yoga. Combining her deep love of psychology and understanding of the physical & mental stress levels so many of us are faced with, Ylva’s classes are both calming and grounding. She intentionally slows the practice down, encouraging us to move slowly, breathe deeply and take notice of the way this makes us feel & think.

She first discovered yoga whilst traveling in Vietnam, and trained in Bali. Ylva brings so much knowledge to her classes, and has an incredible ability to know how to help us find balance through movement. She loves to enable her students to recognise the signals our body sends us, to notice our breath and to show them how to strengthen & lengthen our muscles so we can move through our everyday life with more ease.

If she isn’t teaching yoga, Ylva is up in the sky teaching paragliding.
