This calming class will invite you to slow down, focus your attention inwards & create a space for relaxation, stillness & simply 'being'.
We will focus mainly on floor postures, held for longer periods, allowing you to fully relax into each position. This deeper relaxation of the muscles will allow you to stretch the body further, releasing any tension in the joints & fascia.
We will be using props to support each posture, gentle meditative exercises and a relaxed breathing.
