Yolanda Aldridge - Holistic, Sports and Clinical Massage
Yolanda is originally from El Salvador and is fully qualified in a wide range of massage treatments following her years of experience from her many travels, ranging from relaxation treatments such as Hot Stone Massage - through to therapeutic treatments such as Clinical Massage.
Yolanda uses a fusion of soft tissue techniques to address musculoskeletal pain; enabling her to treat chronic and acute pain as well as systemic conditions.
Yolanda blends massage therapies from the East and West, using trigger point, myofascial release, stretching and joint mobilisation, to create a balanced holistic treatment.
