This nurturing class combines the beautiful qualities of a flowing yoga sequence, with the calming benefits of a restorative practice.
It begins with a slow & intentional sequence of poses to move energy & open the body gently. The flow then shifts to stillness, as passive postures with longer holds are introduced. These long-held poses slowly & safely stretch out the connective tissues, which in turn strengthens & improves flexibility around our joints. It is deeply meditative & calming for the mind.
This class is particularly good if you do lots of desk work, hold anxiety in your body or do a lot of physical activity, such as running & cycling.
