Charlotte has worked in the fitness industry for 10 years as a personal trainer, fitness instructor & nutrition specialist. She is incredibly passionate about helping people reach their physical goals.

‘Everyone is unique, so the programmes I create are completely bespoke - whether that’s to help increase your fitness, lead a healthier lifestyle, gain muscle, lose fat or build confidence... I will work with you as an individual to find what works best for you!’

Charlotte specialises in weight loss & muscle gain programmes, & loves bringing people together in her fun, high energy HIIT sessions. She works with all levels & abilities, creating sessions that are challenging but tailored to suit you & your body.

Charlotte has a background in theatre, where she specialised in physical theatre training actors to build their fitness levels for highly physical shows. She has worked around the world gaining knowledge & experience in different training styles & techniques.  She loves to continually learn & share her enthusiasm & expertise with everyone she works with.

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Level 4 Nutrition Specialist.
