Pranayama is an ancient method of breathing in yogic practice which draws our awareness deep inside ourselves. Today, similar breathing methods are known as 'Breathwork". This workshop focuses on traditional Pranayama techniques, as given in traditional Patanjali Yoga teachings.
Restorative Yoga postures (Asana) prepares the body, breath and mind for this work. This workshop will comprise of both restorative asana and supported, lying down Pranayama.
