Our unique Flowetic Dance class is uplifting, energising & brilliant fun - think fitness & wellbeing for the body, as well as the mind.
If you haven’t tried Flowetic before, we urge you to give it a go - you’ll work up your heart rate, dance to some phenomenal music (Christine & the Queens, Florence, HAIM...) & feel the utter pleasure from the flood of endorphins brought on by the joy of dancing with the brilliant Gemma Coe.
