Arm balancing poses are challenging & exciting, so expect lots of fun & hard work in this 2-hour workshop.
Beginning with a creative vinyasa flow sequence, designed to warm up the muscles, Cherry will then break down the arm balance transitions step by step, allowing you to explore & understand each pose. As you work through the session, you will be build strength & flexibility, focusing in particular on engagement of the core.
As everyone's personal experiences & practice is different, Cherry will work with each individual to help break down & understand any challenges.
